Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you can track your order through the PostNL website. You will find your track and trace code/barcode in your order confirmation email. The package will be send as registered mail and we require signature upon delivery.
The delivery time will start at the moment that we received your payment.
All our deliveries are shipped via PostNL. For shipping within The Netherlands the delivery time will be 1-3 working days. For international orders, delivery times will vary accordingly by destination and delivery service selected. Please see this table for delivery times provided by our delivery partner. Please note the times provided are an indication of transit time, once your order has been dispatched. We ask international customers to note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit caused by customs and import procedures.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original form of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, these are not refundable.
